Zeke’s Landing Marina is thrilled to announce the launch of our Charter Boat Billfish Tournament. This premier event welcomes all Charter Boats holding Federal or State permits along with an HMS Permit. Fishing enthusiasts can also join in by booking available Charter Boats for this exhilarating experience.
Mark your calendars for September 5th-7th, 2024, when the Tournament sets off from Perdido Pass in Orange Beach, AL, at noon. Participants must return under the Perdido Pass bridge by 7 pm on September 7th, 2024, for the weigh-in, which will take place exclusively at Zeke’s Landing Marina.
Join us for the electrifying weigh-in Party starting at 5 pm on Saturday, September 7th, 2024. Live music by Jenna McClelland, drink specials, delectable appetizers, and thrilling prize giveaways await you!
Registration Details:
- Entry Fee: $1,000 per boat
- Pre-Registration begins on June 1st, 2024
- Registration deadline: 8 am on September 5th, 2024
- Eligibility: Boats must hold valid Federal or State permits, an HMS permit, and a current business license.
- Charter Boats from any area meeting the qualifications are welcome.
- Departure: Entered boats may set sail from any Gulf Coast port no earlier than 12 pm on September 5th, 2024.
- Captain’s Meeting: A designated Tournament representative must attend the Captain’s Meeting at 9 am on September 5th, 2024.
- All fish must be weighed in at Zeke’s Landing Marina.
Prizes:
- Minimum prize for the Top Fish is $10,000, with the possibility of increasing based on the number of participating boats.
- Awards for 1st and 2nd place in each fish category.
